Psychos are enemy mobs who will always run toward the player while wildly swinging their Buzz Axes in the air. They can be dodged at the last second and easily taken out owing to their low HP pool.
When a Vault key fragment came into the possession of Sledge, he amassed a small army of bandits at Headstone Mine. The discovery at the mine-affected the workers there, driving them crazy and physically mutating them.
Thus the Psychos were born, donning iconic face masks portraying the object of their collective fixation: the upside-down "V" emblem. Typically found amidst the ranks of the bandits that plague Pandora, they excel at close-range combat.
