At Quda Halloween, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Our return policy provides options for eligible returns or exchanges under specific conditions. Please carefully review the information below to understand our process.

Return & Cancellation Requests

  • Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please notify us before it is shipped. Once the package has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
  • Return Requests After Receipt: If you need to return your package after receiving it, please ensure that your request meets the eligibility criteria outlined below.

Steps to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Customer Service

  • Timeline: Contact our customer service team at suppport@qudahalloween.com within two days of receiving your order.
  • Information Needed: Please include a detailed description of the issue and clear photos of the item(s) received.
  • Review Process: Our team will assess your request based on the provided details to determine eligibility for a return or exchange.

2. Return Authorization

  • Confirmation: Once your return request is approved, customer service will send you the return address and any further instructions.
  • Return Requirements: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact, within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a local postal airmail service and keeping a copy of the tracking information.

Refund or Replacement Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they meet our requirements, we will proceed with the refund or replacement.
  • Timeline: Refunds or replacements will be processed within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the inspection.

Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

  • Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Item: If you receive a product that is damaged, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Conditions That Do Not Qualify for Returns or Replacements

  • Used, Washed, or Damaged Items: We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, bear strong odors (e.g., smoke, perfume), or have stains.
  • Sizing Issues Due to Customer Measurements: If incorrect measurements were provided by the customer, the item cannot be returned. However, customers have the option to purchase a replacement at a discounted rate.
  • Incorrect Address Provided: If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
