DIY Hanging Chad Costume Guide

This costume was worn by Ted on a Halloween episode of the show. It consists of a ballot hanging from his neck. 

The clothes amount to a striped t-shirt and a brown blazer jacket worn atop it. He wears a pair of regular blue jeans and finishes it off with a simple black pair of Oxfords.

To make the Hanging Chad costume, you'll need a large white board poster and some black marker to create the ballot. You'll also need a pair of scissors to cut out the hanging chad portion. 

Get a sisal string to hang this around the neck through the two holes you'll cut at the top.
