DIY Loki Costume Guide

Loki takes an interest in sorcery ad quickly becomes an Asgardian Magic expert. He uses it to his advantage in the future when he tries to sabotage Thor and, eventually, the efforts of the Avengers. Loki has been seen in many of the franchise's works. Most recently, he stars in the Disney+ television show Loki. In order to dress like President Loki from the show, you will need a few things to complete your Loki costume. 

To dress like Loki, you will need Dark Green 2-Piece Suit, White Dress Shirt, Green Suit Vest, Loki Crown, Black Short Curly Wig, Loki for President Badge Pin, Black Dress Shoes, Gold Plated Tie Clip, and Dark Green Necktie.

Loki Cosplay Costume

Most recently, Loki appears in the Disney+ TV show, Loki. You see him wearing a modified version of his horn crown as well as a green suit. On his lapel is a Loki for President pin, alluding to what he tries to do in the show. 

To begin, you will first need to find a slim-fit two-piece suit. This color closely resembles the colors in his original villain's ensemble and is quite important. A white dress shirt should be worn underneath it, with a green suit vest between the jacket and the shirt. A green necktie and gold plated tie clip will complete the look. He wears a pair of black dress shoes with laces and a shorter, smaller version of his helmet on his head. He also has a Loki for President button pinned to his lapel. This can be purchased pre-made, or you can make it yourself. Finally, you will need a black wig. Loki's hair is shoulder length and wavy. You can buy a black wig already cut into this hairstyle or cut an existing black wig yourself.

About Loki

Loki is the put-upon adopted son of Odin, making him the brother of Thor. He always feels as if he is growing up in his brother's shadow, and it puts a chip on his shoulder. Loki does not know that he is adopted until he has to beg it out of his parents. Once he learns the truth, he feels betrayed. All of the years of competition with Thor feel even sorer. This leads him to become more than just a mischievous trickster. With the power of his newly learned magic, Loki becomes a villain against Thor and eventually the Avengers.
